    • Yes, you can either pay the full amount or the minimum deposit at the time of booking.

    • If the booking is made 60 days or less prior to departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.

    • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel less than 60 days before the travel date and the destination is open. Deposits cannot be transferred to a later date.

    • For the remaining balance, the following cancellation fees apply:

      • 120 - 61 days before departure: 25% of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

      • 60 to 31 days before departure: 40% of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

      • 30 to 07 days before departure: 75% of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

      • 06 days to 72 hours before departure: No refund will be provided; 100% of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

    The cancellation policy is determined by our travel partner, not Luxe Viatorem LLC, and will be disclosed before booking.

    • Single occupancy rates start at a higher price, beginning at $1,962.

    • Yes, you must carry your U.S. passport every time you travel internationally.

    • For U.S. citizens traveling to Dubai (UAE), a tourist visa is not required for stays of up to 30 days. Upon arrival, you will receive a free 30-day visa on arrival.

    • Yes, additional nights can be purchased. Pre or Post tour.
