HOW WE WORK

At Luxe Viatorem, we are dedicated to making travel seamless, personalized, and extraordinary. Whether you're looking for a curated itinerary, exclusive luxury experiences, or hassle-free planning, our process ensures every journey is tailored to perfection.

Step 1: Discovery & Consultation

Start by filling out our Schedule a Consultation form. This allows us to understand your destination preferences, travel goals, and unique needs. Once submitted, we’ll reach out to schedule a consultation to discuss your trip in detail.

Step 2: Travel Proposal

After your consultation, if you choose to proceed with our services, we require a one-time, non-refundable $15 "Plan to Go" fee. This covers in-depth research, securing the best accommodations, experiences, and travel logistics.

Once completed, we’ll send you a detailed travel proposal with flight, cruise, and accommodation options tailored to your budget and preferences.

Step 3: Personalized Trip Planning

After selecting your preferred accommodations from the travel proposal, you’ll have the option to choose from our Luxe Viatorem services to enhance your experience.

Our team will then craft a custom itinerary, ensuring every detail is carefully planned to create a seamless and luxurious journey.

Step 4: Secure Booking & Payment

When you’re ready to finalize your trip, we will send you a payment authorization form and invoice reflecting the total cost. Once completed, we’ll proceed with booking your reservations.

**Please note that cancellation policies vary by travel supplier, and Luxe Viatorem is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties.

Step 5: Travel Insurance (Optional)

Travel insurance can be added to your trip at any time before departure. We highly recommend purchasing insurance to protect your investment.

Based on your selected service package, you will receive:
